CCS will provide and install an Audio-Visual system capable of sending video and audio from the Baking kitchen (Room ST040) into the Instructional spaces ST040A, ST010D and ST035, as well as to a mobile display connected to one of two interface wall plates in the baking kitchen itself. In the adjacent Control Room
(Office ST042) there will be an equipment rack holding all required devices, a wall mounted display to monitor the (3) cameras in the baking kitchen and a touch panel for system control and a joystick for camera control.
The video feeds from the 3 cameras will be individually recorded for later viewing or editing on dedicated DVRs. A fourth DVR will be dedicated to record the selected camera view at any time. Audio will be recorded with the video in all four DVRs.
